I booked a non-smoking Standard Room with Two Double Beds for one night. On arrival, I was given a king bed room that reeked of smoke. After requesting a change, I got another room, this time with double beds, but it still smelled of smoke. This was quite disappointing. The positive aspect was the staff's effort to resolve the situation, even if the communication was a bit challenging. The cleanliness was decent, with a fresh smell in the bathroom, and the hot water was always available. The location was central. The carpeting felt dirty, and I noticed cobwebs in the corners, which detracted from the experience considerably. I couldn't enjoy breakfast there as it was not appealing enough. It's a budget-friendly option but needs improvements regarding room quality and cleanliness.

Stayed for 4 nights and was impressed by this low cost hotel. The staff was very very helpful and gave me recommendations. The room I booked was beautifully maintained and fairly quiet and provided with good TV and Bathroom, for instance. Location: the property was short walk to many restaurants, eating places, and stores and eating places. Truly enjoyed my stay.

Tbh, rooms were very small.

The room was crowded and poorly maintained, with dirty carpets and cobwebs in the corners. I was taken aback by a ripped chair that didn't seem safe to sit on. The cleanliness was poor.

i had a relaxing stay with a clean, fresh-smelling room and the bonus of a tim hortons right across the parking lot for my morning coffee fix, making it perfect for strolling around roethke park or exploring the nearby saginaw valley rail-trail.

Location was central to our needs. It was clean and quiet. Bonus that the frig and microwave were clean. Plenty of tv stations for our downtime.
